The Lusófona International Office develops initiatives focused on international academic cooperation and mobility, aligning with the mission of cultivating global professionals. This office oversees and promotes cooperation agreements, programs and projects with partner universities to offer students, faculty, researchers, and staff opportunities for international teaching experiences. These experiences contribute significantly to our academic community becoming more internationally and interculturally competent, boosting the quality of education and research, and thus contributing to finding solutions for major societal challenges.

The SATA is the Technical-Administrative Support Service assigned to each course that ensures the monitoring of teaching and research activities, reception of students and teachers, management of administrative processes and support in the management of pedagogical processes.

The Student Card can be requested in person or online. The card is compulsory and free, issued by Caixa Geral de Depósitos, and exists in two versions:

• Option 1*: Simple identification card;
• Option 2: ID card linked to a Caixa bank account with several associated benefits.

Moodle is the e-learning platform that gives you access to your course content and highlights key University news.

NetPa is the Academic Services Portal. Here you can independently access multiple services for students and teachers. Timetables, grades, cash balance, enrolment, news, current average, number of ECTS completed, make and consult requests and much more.

The University offers the latest version of Office 365 for PC or MAC, with the latest versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote and cloud space through OneDrive.

Reshape is a platform for managing audiovisual equipment and booking laboratory spaces, which allows students from the Department of Cinema and Media Arts to access the system at any point and at any time to request equipment and workrooms according to their needs.

Get Connected! On University campuses you have the option to connect to the "eduroam", a network specifically for students and staff.

On Click all students, teachers and staff of the Lusophone Community can find information and ways to access the resources and technologies we provide for distance learning and collaboration.

As a student of Universidade Lusófona, an automatic email is created that gives access to the Office365 account to download or use the different services included. See below how your email account looks like:

The Vítor de Sá Library is one of the places of excellence of your University. The Library is a space designed to provide you with all the study and work conditions to develop your academic or research work and has facilities on the campus of the University Centres of Lisbon and Porto.
